Nutrition - Diet - Sleep - It All Matters


For those who have chronic pain, memory problems, low libido, overweight, have problems with energy-levels and/or are tired often, there are many causes but instead of focusing on the cause (which most of you already know why), I'm going to focus on a specific regime that will cure 90% of your problems. (barring serious medication conditions.)

If you want to feel awesome, more energy, better focus, better memory, a greater ability to learn, better concentration, less sickness, less body pain and more resiliency then follow this plan exactly.

THE BOOK OF UNGER

LIFE RULES

  • Walking/Running/Biking/Swimming - 1 hour per day minimum
  • Vegan and Anti-Inflammatory Meal Plan
  • 8 hours of sleep per night
  • No over the counter medications
  • No alcohol whatsoever
  • No Nicotine or drugs whatsoever
  • Intermittent Fasting of up to 24 hours of water only once a week
  • Minimal to no artificial sweeteners, drinks or soda
  • Minimal to no caffeine
  • Eat 3 meals per day only and no snacks
  • TOTAL CALORIES PER DAY SHOULD BE AT OR BELOW BMR:
  • Eat 10% of your calories for the day for breakfast
  • Eat 60% of your calories for the day at lunch
  • Eat 30% of your calories for the day at lunch
  • Do not eat for up to 2 hours before bedtime


Any violation of any of that will just produce results that are less optimal.

Some over the counter drugs (even seemingly innocous ones like anti-histamine), prescription medications can completely counteract everything you are doing positive.

Medications - what may not affect one person, may very well affect another dramatically.
e.g. Nut allergies will kill one person while another has no intolerance whatsoever.

Follow these rules for at least 1 month. Some may find it helpful to phase out whatever bad tendencies you are currently practicing that violate these rules.


None of this costs you any money. You need no drugs. You need nothing. Do this first before you do anything and then see how you feel. I GUARANTEE you will be a completely different person after doing this "strictly".
